We understand that plans may change. Kindly note our cancellation and refund terms:
- Cancellations will only be accepted within 7 days of payment.
- No refunds will be processed within 10 days of the conference (from September 30, 2025 onwards).
- In the event of non-attendance, no refund will be provided.
- Conference kits, credentials, and materials not collected during the event may be shipped post-conference at the participant’s cost.
- All cancellation requests must be made via email to:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
