As this is a conference registration, there are no physical products shipped as part of the core offering. However, the following may apply:
On-Site Distribution: Conference kits, merchandise, credentials, and materials will be distributed to participants on-site during the event.
Post-Event Shipping: In case of non-attendance or if items remain uncollected, shipping can be arranged upon request and will be charged to the participant.
All requests must be made within 5 days after the conclusion of the conference.
Shipping timelines will depend on courier service availability and destination.
