- Registration Process: All participants must submit their registration form. Only selected individuals will receive a payment link to confirm their participation.
- Payment Options: Attendees can opt for:
- Registration Fee Only (conference access)
- Registration + Travel & Stay (includes accommodation and logistics support)
- Early Registration: Early bird rates, if applicable, are offered at the discretion of the Organising Committee. These are time-limited and non-negotiable.
- Final Confirmation: Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment via our secure payment gateway or link shared over email.
- Conference Eligibility: The conference is primarily intended for early-career and practicing interventional cardiologists, fellows, and those in structural/interventional training.
- Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain professional decorum. Disruptive behaviour or non-compliance with conference policies may result in dismissal without refund.
